Came same day and worked on 2 of my toilets. Very nice and professional, as well as honest with all options. A bit pricey but you get what you pay for, which is quality service, and I like that they have a 2 year warranty.

Employee arrived exactly at the time we had agreed to on the phone. Before his arrival Brothers had text me and told me he was on his way and sent me a picture of the person. I am disabled and live alone, and this put me at ease knowing what his name was, and what he looks like. The employee immediately went to work in this hot weather. He gave me a quote, I agreed to the price and he worked nonstop. I have artificial turf, and the leak was under the water meter so I was hoping he would do a clean job because it was a lot of mud from the leak and the artificial turf would have to be pulled back while he was working. When he finished the area he had worked at was in perfect condition, and my water was no longer leaking. I was very impressed with the gentleman that did the repairs.

Nathan and his apprentice Jason came out to give us a quote to replace our propane line. They inspected all that we wanted done and gave us a quote. They began work the following week and did an excellent job replacing all of the lines. They were efficient and very professional. I will certainly use Brothers Plumbing.

John and Josh were both very professional and friendly, they answered all my questions and took the time to explain everything to me and provided an estimate for something else I wanted. They replaced my garbage disposal in less than 30 minutes and it is running great. I would definitely recommend this place for all plumbing problems, also the girls in the office are extremely helpful as well.

Josh and Jacob came out to fix an outside leak that I had called about that afternoon and they were able to come a couple hours later! I was having a new fiber optic line run through my backyard. I have an irrigation system and I was scared they might hit some of my plumbing in my backyard. As a precaution I called Brothers Plumbing to make sure there was no leak. They got me in on short notice. Jarrod came out and checked my water pressure and made sure it tested as it should. He also took an extra look at my water meter just be sure he wasn’t missing anything. I am a repeat customer and I love that they always offer a full plumbing inspection of my home to make sure everything is running properly. The Brothers Plumbing team is great and I will continue to call them for all my plumbing needs!

Gavin came out to give us a quote on a whole house water filtration system. He answered all of our questions and was very informative. They even used shoe covers when entering the house. They were on time and called before they came. Would definitely call them in the future if needed.

Brothers Plumbing has a whole new way of doing business and I love it. First you are greeted by a happy voice who is truly glad you called. An appointment is set up, you receive a call when plumbers are on their way to your house. The problem is deciphered, then they give you a price and you make the decision to have it repaired or not. This way you aren't wringing your hands wondering how much it may cost. Jarrod and Israel were so professional, explained everything, and were incredibly knowledgeable. Their trucks have any parts or tools required for the job, i.e., they don't have to make trips for supplies. When I say these guys were on the job the entire time, I mean it. They were not on their phones, not outside standing by their trucks...all conversation was about the job at hand. And I saved the best for last. They clean up after themselves! Completely clean. I hope the owners of this business, the coworkers, the parents and grandparents of Jarrrod and Israel read this review. Also, please forgive me, I can't remember the office girl's name, but she is definitely an integral part of the team. They should all be proud of these young people. If I owned a business, these are the type employees I would want to hire.

Gavin and his team did an amazing job at my mother’s home replacing a gas line. She had an emergency gas leak and Brothers Plumbing was able to come out immediately and start work within a couple of days. Highly recommend them to everyone.

Had an issue with my hot water heater going out and started to leak. Called Brothers and had a technician named Matt come by 1st thing in the morning after I called. Matt was awesome very knowledgeable and taught me some stuff! Very happy with Brothers plumbing !

Professional, kind and genuinely care about the trade. Had a spigot needing to be replaced and they arrived on time, with ample notifications. Gave me my options on repair and then quickly fixed the problem. They did an included home inspection on the plumbing indoors as well and answered all questions we had. By far went above and beyond what we expected. "I treat your home like I would mine."

The plumbers doing the job were very professional and adapted to the changing needs of the job. Kudos to Nathan and Seth for going above and beyond to ensure the effective replacement of our rotten drain lines. And that everything got done with only one Sunday of restricted rest room use. We will use Brother's again and recommend them to others with plumbing needs.

Atmos detected gas leak. Brothers was quick to come and inspect the issue, it was close to 5 so they came out the next morning early to fix it. Desiree was very nice, understanding and patient. I have to say, I don't have to call a plumber that often, but the hot water heater needed flushing, and I wasn't sure what to do, so I checked around and Brothers was the best price and had the soonest ability to take care of our need. Josh arrived on time and ready to go. He has a great attitude, very easy to talk to, respectful, quick and efficient. I enjoyed talking with Josh and he had no issues with me watching and asking questions. In fact, he seemed to enjoy explaining to me what he was doing. I know who I'll call next time I need a plumber. They have my business for sure. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs you may have.

I will never use another plumbing service. Our tech - Matt - was the most easy human being to work with. We needed faucets replaced, a shower faucet cartridge replaced, and ended up having hoses for our water heater replaced. He explained everything exceptionally well, maintained all professionalism while remaining practical and realistic as a homeowner. He didn’t try to be pushy or upsell me on things that weren’t immediately necessary. He was so kind and considerate, he even brought our trash cans back up off the curb!? Who does that??! Overall wildly impressed and relieved that I will have a go to service to call for our next inevitable plumbing problem as homeowners. We had so many leaks in our sewer line and had to replace all of it even to the street where the city had to come out and do their part to fix major leak. Josh Israel and Jason did an amazing job inside and out in two days before the ice and snow were to hit on Friday and kept to their word they would have our house up and running before then. Josh was very detailed in wat was being done and they were friendly and very professional and on time each day to get things done. We are very very happy with all the work and hw they went above and beyond in customer service!! We highly recommend them to anyone who needs service!!

I am in awe of the Great service given by Matt. He arrived at our home early and took care of the problem that we had. After fixing the broken pipe and turning on the water another problem was discovered. He quickly took control of the situation and called reinforcement and discovered where the second leak was coming from. Thank you Matt for you expertise in the work you did for us. Brothers Plumbing is the best service I've ever had, not only in San Angelo, but also in my life! Their receptionist, Miranda, was extremely helpful, detailed and kind. The professionals sent to my home, Alex & Joshua, were very knowledgeable, explained things in layman's terms and welcomed all of my questions. We had a plumbing issue while out of town and Miranda was the first person I spoke to. She was so kind and got us an appointment right away. Tyler and Josh were absolutely amazing. Friday at 5pm, after they had already fixed my primary issues, they realized I had a leak risk at my water heater due to the cheap, black supply lines and stayed to complete the job.
